"We have rented our gorgeous grade II listed house for three and a half years, which Mr and Mrs Beadman lovingly refurbished and tastefully extended.
They have been faultless as landlords, allowing us to make Hillview our home but attending to maintenance immediately.
On a personal level, they have been approachable, supportive and generally likeable whilst always maintaining a professional attitude to our tenancy.
We would recommend Barchester Properties wholeheartedly and thank them for making our life with two small children a whole lot easier!"
"We are renting a beautiful new house built by Barchester Properties. As with all new builds, there were some very minor teething problems and these were actioned immediately.
We have found the team friendly, approachable and very easy to contact.
The service they provide is second to none and therefore would have no hesitation in recommending Barchester Properties as we believe they are the best rental company in the area"
"We have been renting from Barchester Properties for over 5 years now and can say that they are by far the most professional yet friendly landlords that we have ever rented from.
Tony & Gill take care of everything for us leaving us totally stress and worry-free.

"We have been tenants of Gill & Tony (Barchester) for over five years in our beautiful house in Bourton.
As our landlords we have always found them cheerful, available when needed and very efficient in dealing with any problems.
Having been privately renting for over 15 years we can honestly say they are the best landlords we have had.
Their rapport with their tenants is second to none and today’s highly competitive rental market it is rare to find landlords of such high calibre and would certainly recommend them to any of our friends and family."
